It has been a while since I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ve had a release that hasn\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t been a short freebie. Sorry about that. I focused so much on trying to get an agent that I didn\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t have any releases. I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ve been working hard to rectify that and I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122m happy to say that I now have one complete novella, Her Dark Angel<\/b>, to release at the end of the month. <\/p>\n
It has been sooooo long since I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ve had a new release that needed promoting that I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ve completely forgotten the process. Lol. It\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s going to be a steep learning curve again. I need to get ads in place, and blog appearances, and reviews requested.<\/p>\n
My release after that, at least releases that aren\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t part of my free A Day in the Life<\/b>, series, is going to be Her Fallen Angel<\/b> around Halloween, and then following that it will be Her Warrior Angel<\/b>, in December. Yes, the Her Angel<\/i> series are all sort of linked. Much like my Sons of Lyra<\/i> and Daughters of Lyra<\/i> series, you don\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t have to read them in order. Characters do make appearances in the other novellas though, so you might want to read them in order to know who is who.<\/p>\n
I have the second draft of Her Fallen Angel<\/b> finished, but now I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122m thinking that I want to change the ending to make it more of an ending and more dramatic. At the moment, it\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s more of a set up for the third novella, but I don\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t want readers to feel they\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ve read an incomplete story. So I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122m changing the ending. I have one in mind. I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ll read the novella once I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ve finished typing up my Hades\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 Boys<\/b> notes and change the ending when I get there to make it better and just how I want it.<\/p>\n
I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122m really hoping everyone enjoys my angels. They\u00e2\u20ac\u2122re rather yummy. Need I say more?<\/p>\n
Next year I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ll release a bunch of novels that I have which are either complete or almost complete at the moment. Yes, those four novels you\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ve all been reading about will be coming out. That\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s Love Immortal<\/b> (demi-gods, vampires, paranormal people, and werewolves), Ascension <\/b>(a witch & her half-demon hero), Forbidden Blood<\/b> (vampire romance) and Heart of Darkness<\/b> (vampire romance).<\/p>\n
I still need to make the covers for them, but I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ll work on those when my website is live. I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ll get the covers for Her Fallen Angel<\/b>, Her Warrior Angel<\/b> and Love Immortal<\/b> done soon and then post them all so you can shout out what you think of them.<\/p>\n
The releases of the four novels will be spread out over 2011, and I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ll be writing more novels and novellas.<\/p>\n
At the moment, I have ideas in storage for three novellas (all paranormal romances), and six\/seven novels (paranormal romance, dark fantasy romance, and science-fiction romance). I won\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t get all of them written by the end of next year, but I can try. Some of the ideas have more notes for them than others. With novellas, I don\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t generally write masses of notes. It\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s quicker just to write them, and they have fewer twists than novels, so need less planning.<\/p>\n
I also want to do second-editions of a few of my earlier 2006\/2007 stories if possible. I have at least 4 that I want to edit again and improve.
